This single named "Downpour" contains a handmade 15 mm wide by 30 mm tall globe tipped D10 specifically for the spell "Eldritch Blast" which requires you to roll a D10 for the damage dealt. This D10 has monstrously stylized numbers from one to ten, which is represented by an eye. There is also an eye on the concave bottom of the die.
